Description

This requirement is set aside 100% for SDVOSB. Applicable NAICS is 541310, size standard is $4.0 MIL. VA intends to award an A/E contract for design services at the James H Quillen VAMC, BLDG 42, Second Street, Mt Home (Johnson City), TN, for project 621-08-102, Replace HVAC Systems BLDG 77. A/E shall provide all Architectural and Engineering services necessary to design a project to replace the existing HVAC systems in BLDG 77, at the VAMC, Mt Home, TN. A/E will be required to develop Bid Alternates as necessary to assure award of contract within available funds. A/E firm will also be required to ensure that the completed designs are in full compliance with all applicable codes and VA design guidelines. Estimated cost range for construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A/E firms that possess experience in this type of design renovation may submit SF 330 (three (3) copies required) to Vicky Caudill, Contracting Officer (90C), VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206-1499. Submissions must identify the solicitation number VA249-08-RP-0009 and must be received not later than January 13, 2008 @ 2:30 PM local time. This is not a request for proposals. No material will be issued and no solicitation package or bidder/plan holder list will be issued. Award of a contract is subject to availability of funding.
