- The Army Contracting Agency at Fort Polk, Louisiana is contemplating issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB), 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The intent is to award a firm-fixed price requirements contract for all plant, labor, equipment, an d materials to perform all work incidental to the clearing of the designated Right Of Ways (ROW) on the Fort Polk military reservation, Vernon Parish, Louisiana, Peason Ridge, and Range Training Areas. Standard Industry Code (SIC) for this project is 0783 . The NAICS code is 561730. Services are tentatively scheduled from 1 April 2008 through 31 March 2009 and have two one-year option periods, if exercised. The IFB has an approximate issue date of 21 December 2007 and an approximate due date of 22 Janu ary 2008. No Telephone or faxed bids will be accepted. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted and available for view and download at: http://www.jrtc-polk.army.mil/doc in addition to ASFI.
