Description: The services to be furnished under this contract are for one commercial helicopter detachment (two (2) helicopters) to provide deployed vertical replenishment (VERTREP) and rotary-wing logistics services to meet worldwide requirements. The Contractor shall provide a detachment [i.e., personnel, operational and technical support (ashore and afloat) and equipment (including aircraft), tools and supplies] necessary to provide these services in primarily the 5th and 7th Fleet area of operations (AOR).
