- The NAVSEA, Indian Head Division has a requirement for 900 pounds of Titanium Powder (TI-109, -200/+325 mesh, 99% pure). NAICS code 331419, Size standard 750 Employees and FSC Code is 6810. This requirement is being issued as sole source procurement. The source: Atlantic Equipment Engineers, 10 Fawn Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804. The offeror shall provide a firm fixed price offer. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote (RFQ) N00174-08-Q-0019 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Please include the solicitation number in the subject line. The government is not responsible for any undelivered email transmissions. Vendors will be ineligibl e for award unless they have registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database and the Online Representations and Certifications Application with the NAICS code listed above. Information on these systems is available at http://www.bpn.gov. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition 2005-12.
