Description

Synopsis - The United States Army Communication Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a competitive basis for Distribution Boxes (J-2317 ), NSN 6110-00-937-4964, drawing number SC-D-555826. The propos ed action shall be for a minimum quantity of 38 units with an option for additional quantities if the Government chooses to exercise the option. The initial minimum quantity will be for 15 units to be delivered within 150 days after contract award; with th e remaining quantity of 23 units to be delivered 180 days after contract award. This action is a 100% small business set aside. The Government intends to award using Reverse Auction procedures. The solicitation number assigned to this effort is W15P7T-08-R-L402 and is expected to be issued on or about 15 days after this notice. The e stimated award date of this procurement is 14 Feb 2008. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
