- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-08-R-0291, IQC07324009004, 5365-00-173-7446, Plug, Machine Thread, Magnetic. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted. NSN is Critical Item Application, Non-Commercial and is Export Control Application. IAW Drawing Number: 1X4F3. NSN is also a Source Controlled Item. Approved source is Allen Aircraft Products INC, Cage 82829, Part number: 3307761.01. Surge and Sustainment is required for the NSN. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 200 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year is 50 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year is 200 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for each option year is 50 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for each option year is 200 each. The Requested delivery is 112 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS).
