Description: The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA) Office of Foreign Disaster and Assistance (OFDA) requires end-to-end Information and Communications Technology (ICT) support. This shall encompass all communications and computer resources. The Contractor shall plan, staff, and implement all of OFDA's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) support requirements both for OFDA's operations at headquarters and for its field responses to natural or man-made disasters around the world.
