Description

UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition Reston, Virginia. The United States Government intends to award a lease using other than full and open competition to the Parkridge Center 2 Building, 10803-10805 Parkridge Boulevard, Reston, VA for the offices of the Department of Defense. The following measures are already incorporated into this building that uniquely meets the requirements for this agency: Command Data Center, raised floors, Sensitive Compartmental Information Facility, costly infrastructure, and pre-existing secured wiring that are already in place. This lease will be for a total of 70,220 BOMA Office Area Square Feet of fully serviced, net electricity for a ten year lease with cancellation rights after 5-years. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the Government's intent to award this project under Other Than Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to T.C. Hairston, 1099 14th Street, NW, Suite 200W, Washington, DC 20005. Any written comments are to be received by the Contracting Officer within 5 days of the publication of this notice.
