- NSN: 6240-00-557-3065, Lamp, Incandescent. ?Lamp Industry Standard, Trade No. 4581 Approved source(s): American National Standards (80204), P/N 4581. 100% Small Business Set Aside. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. There will be surge requirement. Requested delivery is 46 days aro. This NSN is a critical application item and is commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 7,058 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 1,765 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
