- Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to procure fully competitive Wiring Harnesses and Cable Assemblies under RFP SPM4A2-08-R-0007. The solicitation will contain 20 NSNs under FSCs 6150 and 5995. It is anticipated that split awards may be made against this solicitation. The resultant contract(s) will be Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts with a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. DLAD Clause 52.219-9001, Set Asides of Acquisitions of Items Listed in the Schedule of Products Made in Federal Penal and Correctional Institutions is applicable. Bidset information will be available on the internet via DLA Collaboration Folder (cFolders) https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
