- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item in accordance with FAR Par 12. This is solicited as unrestricted, full and open after exclusion of sources. This will result in a firm fixed price contract under the provision of FAR 13.5. The purchase request quantity is 2330 cans. The material is in accordance with SPEC NR MIL-PRF-900H. QPL Applies. See PID Data for additional information. FOB Destination; Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. The required delivery is 45 days ARO. Solicitation issue date is 7 December 2007 and closing date is 17 December 2007.
