- NSN 3110-01-117-1026, Cone and Rollers Tapered Roller Bearings, in accordance with The Timken Corporation, cage 60038, P/N LL713049 and Honeywell International Inc., cage 55284, P/N 2606201. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This is an unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The guaranteed minimum is 315 EA, Estimated Annual Demand is 1,260 EA and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 2,520 EA. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance origin. Requested delivery is 136 DARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN IAW FAR subpart 32.5. There is a surge requirement for this IQC requiring a quantity of 9 EA. Possible stock delivery locations include any CONUS facility. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about December 19, 2007 and close on or about January 22, 2008. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is a Navy critical safety item.
