- Description
- This is a Notice of Intent to Award for commercial services a sole source contract to AAAS 1200 New York Avenue Washington, DC 20005, for electronic access via the internet for Library Services for use by all USDA employees and thorized public on site users. All USDA locations worldwide, USDA employees and contractors, cooperators and volunteers perfroming the work on behalf of USDA and acting within the scrope of their relationship with USDA are considered authorized users of the databases. The access is for ordinary business, scholarly and educational purposes of databases. The access is for ordinary business, scholarly and educational purposes of the Government, and for personal use, consistent with the Fair Use provision of the United States and international copyright laws. American Association for the Advancement of Science (full text access to Science Online) Responses are to be received December 21, 2007. No telephone inquirires will be accepted.
