- Description
- The Program Support Center (PSC) within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), a fee-for-service government agency, is currently working to expand the services available to the Department through the use of Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contracts, under NAICS Code 541611. The PSC intends, through this procurement, to increase the number of Contractors and resources available to provide required services, and to enhance our ability to produce quick-turnaround and "real time" information. This contract will be used as a means of providing service to the customers, (i.e. client agencies) of the PSC in an effort to help them achieve their individual agency missions in a timely manner. Services contemplated under this contract include: Policy Assessments/Analysis; Program Assessments; Evaluation Design Studies And Data Collection; Performance Measurements; Technical Assistance/Expertise; Data Analysis; Auxiliary/Support Services; Human Services; Health Policy; Disability, Aging and Long-Term Care Data and Policy; Health Information Technology; Data Policy; and Science Policy. This will be a multiple award contract with a partial small business set-aside (up to one-quarter of the contracts awarded) for small businesses, including at least one each to 8(a) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The period of performance shall be for a period of five years. The solicitation and any documents relating to this requirement will only be available through the internet at www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. Contractors are encouraged to sign-up, on the fedbizopps.gov website, for email notification of all actions relevant to this solicitation, and on the interested vendors list, also listed at the bottom of this announcement. The anticipated date for release of a solicitation is approximately 30 days from the date of this notice. No questions will be entertained at this time. Once the solicitation is released, offerors will be given an opportunity to ask questions and answers will be posted to www.fedbizopps.gov.
