- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is set aside to small businesses. The provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-20. The associated NAICS code is 541330 with a size standard of 4.5 Million. This solicitation is for one base period and three option periods (base period begins January 1, 2008 and ends September 30, 2008). DOL Wage Determination 2005-2115, Rev. 4, dated 5/29/2007 applies to this solicitation. Only faxed (fax # 912-267-3132) or emailed (patsy.adams-santana@dhs.gov) quotations will be accepted. Quotations are due no later that 2:00 PM (EST), December 20, 2007. The Statements of Work for the Engineering Services (estimated requirement of 300 hours/year) and for Bench Technician Services (estimated requirement of 400 hours/year) are available upon request.
