- This amendment changes the requirement to include the fuel tank and answer questions. The specifications is changed in that item cc is redefined to add the fuel tank, the previous cc becomes dd with all following paragraphs being renamed to follow suit. Question 1. Item A-Is a steel frame acceptable? Answer 1. No. Question 2. Item S - Is white an acceptable color? Answer 2. No, due to light beige is a camouflage color in a dessert situation. Question 3. Item M - Would six each 2 tube florescent lights be acceptable? Answer 3. Yes, the lights are specified as interior lights. Question 4. Item NN ? Are halogen lights acceptable and are they to be installed as interior or exterior lights. Answer 4. No, halogen lights are not acceptable and they are to be installed as interior lights. Question 5. Item PP ? Is a raised platform required, if so provide platform dimensions. Answer 5. Yes a raised platform is required. Item oo list required dimensions. Go to NSWCDD Website http://www.nswc.navy.mil/SUPPLY to see the changes on Attachment (1). The closing date is extended to 11 December 2007.
