Description

The EPA has a requirement for a contractor to pickup and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste from the EPA's Environmental Science Center (ESC) located at Fort Meade, MD 20755. The contractor shall supply all trained personnel, materials, safety equipment, vehicles for transport, licenses, and permits for the preparation, packing, pickup and disposal of hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste. Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all packing containers and materials meeting all current Department of Transportation shipping specifications for hazardous materials. EPA intends to award an IDIQ contract, including a base year along with four (4) option years, in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside, NAICS Code 562112 ($10.5M).
