- Single award term contract for the period beginning January 1, 2008 and ending December 31, 2008 Department of Homeland Security. Copy to be picked up from Washington, D.C. Approx. 20,000 to 50,000 copies per order, four (4) orders per year. Appox. 32 to 56 pages per order. These specifications cover the production of saddle-stitched self-covered newsletters requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing in four-color process plus two additional ink colors, binding, packing, and distribution. Bids offer are f.o.b. destination. VARNISH: Covers, only, coat the entire surface over the printing with a clear, non-yellowing varnish. Quality attributes level II. Bid opening December 21, 2007.
