Description

Non-personal services to include plant, labor, equipment, material, supervision, to perform all operations to inspect and service installed fire extinguisher systems, wheeled fire extinguishers and portable fire extinguishers. The government would b e responsible for providing any replacement fire extinguishers. As a result of the Request for Quote, Sierra Army Depot intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a base period beginning on the effective date of the award and continuing for t welve months with four twelve month option periods. The government estimates annual inspection of 1200 fire extinguishers for the base period and 1200 fire extinguishers for each of the option periods. The government will provide replacement fire extingu ishers. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-a-side. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 452990. The related small business size standard is 500. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which sha ll be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is April 26, 2007.
