Description
NSN: 1680-00-007-8660, PR IQC07289009017, SPM4A7-08-R-0377. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI), Flight Safety Critical Aircraft Part. The item is a Lock Cup, Inertia Reel. The item description cites Pacific Scientific Co, CAGE: 45402, P/N 0113330-03. Configuration Control Applies. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with (1) Base Year Plus 4) Option Years. FOB is at Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 204 days ARO. The DLA Direct shipment locations are within CONUS, Susquehanna, PA and San Joaquin, CA. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Quantity, which 264 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 66 each is for the Base Year Only. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 528 each. This is solicited as Unrestricted, using Other Than Full & Open Competition. This is not a commercial item. Progress payments are not included. Surge and Sustainment is not required. The solicitation issue date is December 26, 2007. The closing date is January 26, 2008. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
