Description: The Social Security Administration intends to negotiate solely with CSI Fantom Systems, 8120 State Route 138, Williamsport, Ohio 43164,USA under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.301-1 "Sole Source Acquisitions" for upgrades to SSA?s existing VSUM/MVS software site license. An upgrade for System 82 from a z990 2094-713 to a 2094-715 CPU, System 83 from a z990 2084-319 to a 2094-716 CPU and an upgrade for System 84 from a z990 2094-714 to a 2094-716 CPU. The associated yearly maintenance is for a period of 5 years at a price below the simplified acquisition threshold.
