- The Intramural Research Program (IRP), National Institute on Aging (NIA), National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a sole source purchase to Illumina, Inc., 9885 Towne Centre Drive, San Diego, CA 92121-1975, USA; NAICS Code 334516; and the size standard is 500; this requirement is for a Maintenance Service Contract Renewal. The vendor will supply a 1-year Plus Beadstation Extended Warranty for equipment, Beadstation, S/N S159, Model 500GX, NIH #01534237. Illumina, Inc., is the sole manufacturer for this equipment and only Illumina, Inc., can provide service and parts to this equipment. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a Simplified Acquisition with the estimated value of less than $100,000.00 threshold. This acquisition is being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy this agency?s requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct any future competitive procurement.
