- Furnish solid waste removal and disposal services within the parks/areas of Toad Suck Field Office, Conway, Arkansas, under the jurisdiction of Russellville Project Office, for the period 01 January 2008, or date of award, whichever is later, through 31 December 2008, with options to extend through 31 December 2011. Contractor shall furnish approximately 24 dumpsters for use in this contract. NAICS code is 562111, which has a small business size standard of $11,500,000.00. This acquisition is unres tricted (open to both large and small business) pursuant to FAR 19.1005 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Solicitation will be posted here on FedBizOpps and on the EBCMS site at: https://ebs.swf.usace.army.mil/ebs/AdvertisedSolicita tions.cfm on the issue date. Vendors are expected to monitor the solicitation at the same website, in order to receive notice of amendments, etc. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to rev ert to paper medium when determined to be in the Governments best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowe d. Solicitation will issue and be available on or about January 8, 2008. Bids will be due on or about January 24, 2008.
