This is not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. The Solicitation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The response date referenced is ESTIMATED. Solicitation Issue date is on or about 12/26/07, with the Response date on or around 01/24/08. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Solicitation will be issued i/a/w commercial terms, under FAR Part 13.5. This solicitation is for a 12 month Indefinite Quantity Contract with four 12-month option periods or a contract maximum dollar value not to exceed $5.5 million, whichever comes first. ADEQUATE DATA FOR THE EVALUATION OF ALTERNATE OFFERS IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PROCUREMENT AGENCY.
