- Bread and Roll Contract, Base Year/ One (1) Option Year The Department Veterans Affairs Heartland VISN 15 Business Office contemplates award of a Subsistence/ Supply contract resulting from this solicitation for Bread & Rolls at the following VA Facility: Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital 800 Hospital Drive Columbia, Missouri, 65201-5275 This will be a requirements contract and the Government does not guarantee any of the quantities listed in the Solicitation. Requests will be placed with the issuance of Government Delivery Orders from VA Columbia Dietetics. Contract to run from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008 with One Option Year.
