- ASFI Announcement: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NO: W911SF-08-T-0007 Services, personnel, materials, parts, tools, test equipment and other related supplies and services necessary to perform release detection calibrations, dispenser repairs, dispe nser equipment inspections, spill containment testing, storage tank inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs (routine and emergency), and required monthly and annual monitoring tests. This RFQ is a firm fixed-price requirement with a one base period and four one year options, if exercised. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. All responsible offerors may submit offer which will be considered by this Agency. The NAICS code is 238990, size standard $13 million dollars mea ning the annual average gross revenue of the concern for the last three fiscal years must not exceed $13 million dollars.
