- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USPFO for New Mexico has a requirement to rent the following: Line Item 001: TRUCK, PICK-UP, 3/4-1 TON, 4WD, DIESEL, CREW CAB (QTY: 10 EACH); The rental period will be for 4 months begi nning 01January2008 ending 30April2008; Quotes shall include Delivery and Pick-Up charges to Las Cruces, NM; Quotes shall also include applicable taxes. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) W912J3-08-T-0002. Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-22, 23 November 2007. North American Industrial Classification Standard (N AICS) 532120 applies to this procurement. This acquisition is Set Aside 100% for Small Business Concerns. Size Standard: $23.5 Million, however in the event there is not enough small business competition, quotes will be accepted from Large Business Concern s.
