The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532111 with a small business size standard of $23.5M . It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 14 Dec 2007 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
