- This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about 17 December 2007. Perform annual physicals for ILWW staff. See solicitation for detailed Scope of Work. This solicitation w ill be a request for quote and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The following NAICS code 621511 will apply with the size standard of $12.5 Million. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about 04 January 2008, 4:00 p.m. local ti me. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the fedbizopps web site for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition o f Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
