- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement to make a competitive award via written request for quotation No. 08ERQQ0028. The work shall be performed at Leetown Science Center in Kearneysville, West Virginia, in accordance to the specifications in the Statement of Work for JANITORIAL SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, labor, tools and equipment necessary and shall plan, schedule and coordinate the effective performance of all janitorial services. This requirement is for a base period of 12 months and 1 option period of 12 months. RFP 08ERQQ0038 will be issued on or about 12/19/2007with written quotes due on or about January 23, 2008. The anticipated award date is January 28, 2007. A vendor must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be awarded the contract. NAICS Code 561720. THIS AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. A site visit will be held on January 9th at 10:00am. It is strongly suggested that all interested offerors attend since there will be no other opportunity for a site visit.
