- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. NAVSEA Indian Head Division has a requirement for Smokey Sam Rocket Motor Tubes in accordance with Drawings 1335AS280 Rev C, 133AS281 Rev E, 1335AS282 Rev C, 1335AS283 Rev B, 1335AS284 Rev B and 1335AS285 Rev C. First Article: 3,000 Each Production Quantity: 18,432 Each. Delivery Schedule: First Article 45 days After award of contract. Production Quantity: 6 weeks after approval of first article. Four (4) Stepladder Option Year Quantities ranging from 1-20,000 each, 20,001- 40,000 each and 40,001 ? 80,000 each. Delivery Schedule: minimum of 18,432 each every six weeks until completion. The method of Source Selection will be based on Technical, Past Performance and Price. The NAICS Code is 336415 Size Standard is 1,000 employees and FSC Code is 1377. Use your e-mail ?read notification? to confirm the contract specialist?s receipt of your registration. The Government is not responsible for any undelivered e-mail transmissions. It is the requestor?s responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts Division website for current status of solicitation and amendments. Once the solicitation has been issued on the Internet, the contract specialist will send an e-mail to the registered requestors informing them that the solicitation is now avai lable for downloading off the Internet. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the IHDIV Contracts Division website at http://www.ih.navy.mil (Copies of solicitation will not be e-mailed, faxed, mailed or provided in person. These types of requests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED.) Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD?s Central Contractor Registration database. Offerors and contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/. The requirement will be available for downloading from our website beginning approximately January 18, 2008. Prior to this date, you will not be able to access this solicitation.
