- Description
- The Defense Energy Support Center, Aerospace Energy CBU, intends to award this requirement Sole Source to Praxair, Inc., 39 Old Ridgebury Road, Danbury, CT 06810, for the delivery of an estimated quantity of 145,245 standard cubic feet (MC) of Gaseous Nitrogen (GN2) TYPE I, GRADE A, NSN: 9135-00-823-8115, IAW specification MIL-PRF-27401D, Dated 3 Oct 1995. This will be a five year firm-fixed price requirements type contract, issued under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination to award Sole Source is solely at the discretion of the Government.
