THIS SYNOPSIS HAS ALREADY BEEN POSTED FROM 7/26/2007- 10/15/2007. THIS IS ONLY TO LINK THE SYNOPSIS TO THE SOLICITATION. THIS IS NOT A REPOSTING OF THE SYNOPSIS. POC INFORMATION IS NOW JESSICA ELY AT JESSICA.ELY@US.ARMY.MIL The Contractor sh all provide all resources necessary to perform Full Food Service and Dining Facility Assistance Services for soldiers assigned to Fort Dix, NJ and for those processing through Fort Dix, NJ that are activated in support of Iraqi Freed om and the Global War on Terrorism. Requirements of the proposed contract include but are not limited to Menu Planning; Full Menu Service for regular, short order, fitness, carry-out and special needs; Receipt and Storage of Subsistence; Food Preparatio n; Food Serv ing; and Headcount/Cashier services. These requirements will be achieved through the implementation of a cost plus award fee contract. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 722310, 5812, $19.0 Million. This requirement is being solicited pursuant to the Randolp h-Sheppard Act under the New Jersey Licensing Agency. The requirement will be competed against small business firms and State License Agency for the Blind, therefore the acquisition shall be issued as a small business set-a-side. The award will be made b ased on the Randolph-Sheppard Act procedures (regulation AR 210-25).
