- DESC: 1010-01-550-8778, Part Number 1301447, the item to procure is an OFFSET CAM COMPONENTS REPAIR KIT. Requirement is: OFFSET CAM COMPONENTS REPAIR KIT (1010-01-550-8778) MLK19 C/O: (1) CLAMPING SHAFT, (1) CLAMP, (1) OFFSET CAM ALL MACHINED FROM S TEEL ALLOY, 4130 OR 4340 PER ASTM A331, HEAT TREAT IS QUENCH AND TEMPER TO ROCKWELL C32-36 WITH PHOSPHATE FINISH APPLIED, (3) BELLEVILLE WASHERS MANUFACTURED TO MIL-W-12133 AND (3) SPRING TUBULAR COILED PINS TO NASM51923. Requirement is for a contract with a 200 PER CENT OPTION for 100 EACH, Offset Cam Components Repair Kit. FOB is Destination. For use on MK19 Machine Gun. Estimated solicitation issue date is 31 DECEMBER 2007. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 an d 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
