- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to, based on a competitive basis, award a contract to the lowest technical acceptable offeror. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solication document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. The following provisions shall apply: FAR 52.212-1; FAR 52.212-2; FAR 52.212-3; FAR 52.212-3; and FAR 52.212-5. This is not a Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rated order. This is a small business set-a-side. This is not a Small Business Competitiveness Demostration Program requiremnt. There are no option provisions. Proposals are due on December 18, 2007 at 3:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST). Responses received after December 18, 2007 or without required information will be considered non-responsive to this synopsis and will not be considered. All inquiries will only be accepted by email. NOTE: All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to received a Government contract and submit with its offer, the Offeror's Representations and Certifications.
