- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 001 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR DATA PROGRAMMING AND ANALYSIS OF AEROSPACE ACQUISITION DATA. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to correct the previously submitted modification and to address offeror's following question(s): Q1) Are these new acquisitions that NASA is looking to procure or is there an incumbent contractor currently performing the required work? A1) No, this is not a new acquisition and yes there is currently an incumbent contractor. Q2) If there is an incumbent, may I please learn the name of the contractor and the contract number? A2) The incumbent is Cost, Inc. and the purchase order number is NNG07LG00P. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on December 28, 2007. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
