Description
SOURCES SOUGHT: FOR AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY TYPE CONTRACT FOR A-E SERVICES FOR THE PROGRAMS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT DIVISION OF THE OMAHA DISTRICT, CORPS OF ENGINEERS. The U.S Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District is seeking Small Business sources with Corps civil works planning experience and the ability to prepare a full planning level document including reconnaissance, feasibility, or reevaluation reports along with the full suite of technical disciplines, including engineering and design, to su pport plan formulation studies. Contractors must demonstrate the ability to complete all aspects of the plan formulation process and display knowledge of the Corps water resources planning policies, guidelines, and procedures. It is preferred that firms demonstrate this knowledge, skill, and ability by providing specific names of past Corps plan formulation studies that they have completed. References should include: the name, location, and date of the study including the planning program (ex. General Investigations, Section 1135s, Section 205s, Section 206s, etc.); a brief description of the study and an account of the plan formulation process; a list of specialized experience and technical competence by discipline for each study; and demonstration tha t the contractor performed at least 51% of the work for each study. The firm must also have the ability to perform at least 51% of the work for future Corps plan formulation studies. This requirement will be advertized under North American Industria l Classification Systems (NAICS) code 541330. Please ensure this NAICS code is incorporated in your current CCR profile at www.ccr.gov. Failure to have this NAICS code current in CCR may result in not being considered for award. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS . Interested firms with the ability to demonstrate this experience must provide the requested information to the mailing address listed below no later than close of business (4:00 PM Central time) on 11 JANUARY 2008. Include the firms ACASS number . This is NOT a request for proposal. The intent of this notice is to identify potential small business sources for the services described above. Written responses to this announcement should be kept to a minimum.
