Description: THIS IS A COMBINED PRE-SOLICITATION AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ANNOUNCEMENT. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is in the process of developing and intends to issue a solicitation for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of its Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Plant located in Washington, DC. As part of the process, the BEP is inviting industry to provide input concerning the attached Industry Questions as well as to provide comment on the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
