- Description
- DSCR plans to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a one-year base period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year option periods. The Solicitation Number will be SPM4A6-08-R-0276; IQC07324009012; R-A07323002. This IQC covers NSN 4933-01-447-8991. The Acquisition Item Description (AID) cites this item as the following: ADAPTER, AN-PVS4. The estimated annual demand quantity is 732. The solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will result in a Firm Fixed Price under provisions of FAR Part 15. EXCEPTION TO DRAWING AS CITED IN THE AID: BARE 7075-T6 ALUMINUM PLATE I/A/W SAE AMS-QQ-A-250/12 ILO QQ-A-250 / TEMP T6. VERIFICATION INSPECTION SHALL BE I/A/W PARA. 5 OF QAP NO. 12598098. This NSN is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on 3 December 2007 but is a Critical Application Item. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. Delivery requirement are 60 days after receipt of order or best possible delivery. FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance Destination is required. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in this solicitation. Surge requirements apply therefore a surge plan detailing how the surge quantity requirements will be met must be submitted along with offer.
