- Description
- Pope AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source delivery order to Ortho Clinical Diagnostics for Annual Reagant and Vitros 250 Service Rental. Services include routine reagants, consumables, telephone support, emergency visits during business hours, performance enhancements, all repair parts, and use of a new loaner Vitros 250 instrument at no additional charge. Period of performance is from 1 January 2008 thorugh 30 September 08. The applicable NAICS code is 325412. The Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is FAR Part 6.302-1; Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1). Any interested parties, other than Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, that feel they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capabilities to satisfy the requirement no later than five (5) days after the post date of this announcement. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database.
