Description
This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number is FM4427-7261-0363; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-21 and Defense DCN 20071207. The associated Standard Classification (SIC) is 3861. The North American Industry Classification System is 333315 and the employees size standard is 500. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7025. This solicitation is unrestricted. The government intends to solicit and award this purchase order for the following item: CLIN 0001: Network CD Burner System Mid-Range. (Please see complete item description below). This is an integrated system consist of different name brands. This is brand name or equal. Offeror must quote on the complete system and must be in compliance with the characteristics and item to meet government?s requirement and description stated below. Offeror must bid on all or none. The total quote must include shipping cost, on-site installation and in-service. Quantity 1 Each. The following provisions or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instruction contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers-Commercial. FAR 52.212-2-Evaluation-Items paragraph (a) to this provision is completed as follows-Evaluation Factors: Only one award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror who meets the requirement. FAR 52.212-4-Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items will be incorporated into any resultant Purchase Order by reference.
