- Description
- The Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this effort is for Administrative Telephone Services. The Contractor is responsible for the operation, administration, and maintenance of Fort Dix classified and unclassified enterprise network and customer l ocal area networks. The scope of work on this effort includes: parts, supplies, tools and equipment. They are actively managing and maintaining the many critical systems the DOIM uses for mission accomplishment. Installation services include: Swi tchboard Console Operations, Inside Plant (ISP), Customer Services, Outside Plant (OSP) (Cable) and requested Special Projects related to the operations and maintenance of the Administrative Telephone System; technical and administrative coordination of I SP, OSP and other on-base telephone activities; development and tracking of all telecommunication service work orders and verification and coordination of customer billing with telecommunication coordinators. Other services also include the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the Voice Mail System, Interactive Voice Recognition System (IVR), Automatic Dial Assistance Service (ADAS), Telephone Management System (TMS), and associated components and instruments. The Contractor provides technical configuration management of the installation infrastructure to include creating and updating drawings using Computer-Aided Drawing (CAD) engineering support. A separate written solicitation will not be published for this requirement.
