- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis wit h SPSS Inc, 233 S Wacker Drive, Chicago, Il 60606-6306 for maintenance renewal for Clementine Named User Client Base and Module, Clementine Concurrent Use Client Base and Module and Tet Mining for Clementine. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a req uest for proposal. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22 which reduces the response time to 7 days.
