- Description
- The US Corps of Army Engineers (USACE) desires to acquire through full and open competition, in support of the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems in five (5) military commissaries: Barbers P oint NAS, HI; Hickam AFB, HI; Kaneohe Bay MCB, HI; Pearl Harbor NB, HI, and Schofield Barracks, HI all located in the state of Hawaii. All commissaries are located in the Western/Pacific Region of DeCA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, superv ision, materials and equipment, and transportation necessary to perform monthly maintenance, 24/7 availability, provide emergency response service within two (2) hours of notification and repaired within 24 hours in all five commissaries. Commissary must remain open and operational during business hours throughout the period of performance. Must meet all local, state, and federal EPA requirements. Experience required in commercial supermarket Refrigeration/HVAC systems. The period of performance will co mmence on 31 January, 2008, or date of award through one year thereafter with four prices one-year options to extend for a total performance period not to exceed 60 months.
