- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS for this requirement is 541611 and the small business size standard is 6.5m. This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside. Request for quotation to procure the following requ irements of: 0001) Risk Assessment/Mission Analysis of the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC)s test planning and development process. Documentation deliverables include: Mission diagram of existing test planning and development processes dr aft 45 days ARO/final 125 ARO, analysis of strengths and weaknesses and draft recommended Mission Diagram to optimize process 145 days ARO, and final recommended Mission Diagram with rationalization of costs, workloads, and staffing required to achieve re commended process. In addition to fixed price for the effort, offerors will identify 1) data requirements and access requirements, 2) key personnel and qualifications, and 3) description of any software/analytical tools to be utilized. Place of performa nce will be at 4501 Ford Ave, Alexandria, Virginia 22302.
