Description

The United States Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, has a requirement for five (5) each M230 Uploader/Downloader Motor, P/N 040668-1 and five (5) each M230 Tensioner Assembly, P/N 040189-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to award this requirement to Meggitt Defense Systems, Inc., 9801 Muirlands Blvd., Irvine, CA 92618 on a sole source basis. Meggitt Defense Systems, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the requested parts. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished. The requested items shall be delivered to the Lexington, KY warehouse.
