- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO REMOVE THE WORD "TANGLEFOOT" FROM THIS SOLICITATION. CLARIFY DELIVERY DATE AS: DELIVERY WILL BE FIFTEEN DAYS AFTER AWARD OF CONTRACT. CHANGE THE REPONSE DATE TO READ: JANUARY 9, 2008 The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) Moore Air Base, Edinburg, TX has a requirement for Japanese Beetle Dual Lure Tanglefoot without EPA number. The reference for this effort is PR145338. A Firm Fixed-Price purchase order will result. Delivery F.O.B. destination as follows: 80,000 lures to: 1. CDFA PD/EP OPERATIONS CENTER, 3288 MEADOWVIEW ROAD, SACREMENTO, CA 95832; 2. 10,000 lures deliver F.O.B. destination to: USDA APHIS PPQ 22675 N MOOREFIELD ROAD #6407, EDINBURG, TX 78541 . Small Business set-aside under NAICS Code 339999. QUOTATIONS ARE DUE January 4, 2008, by 10:00 AM, CENTRAL TIME.
