Description: Edwards Air Force Base (AFB) CA is seeking sources that are capable and interested in participating in privatization of its on-base utility distribution infrastructure (electric, natural gas, water, and wastewater). The contracts will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Priced contracts with Economic Price Adjustment (FFP with EPA) for a period of 50 years. Awards are anticipated to be made in September, 2009.
