- ACA, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to TRAK Engineering, Tallahassee, FL for the purchase of maintenance services on a Sentry VI fuel system for Directorate of Logistics, Fort Knox, KY. TRAK E ngineering is the manufacturer and only known source with the capability of providing maintenance services for the existing fuel system.
