- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of services for the following: 1 EACH 4000E / ECON PACKAGE W / STORAGE BAY IV MAGNITUDE 3D 4000E; 1 EACH WARRANTY UPLIFT NBD TO 4 HOUR REPONSE; 1 EACH FIELD INSTALLATION AND RELOCATION; 1 EACH MAGNITUDE CHASSIS REMOVAL; 1 EACH BROCADE 200E WITH 8 PORTS; AND 1 EACH MAGNITUDE TRADE-IN DISCOUNTS. This solicitation is issued as a Commercial Solicitation under W911RP-08-T-0045. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. This action is set aside for small business; the NAICS code and applicable size standard is 334112 and 1,000 Employee. A fixed price c ontract is anticipated. Prices submitted are to be FOB Destination.
